We're Hiring: Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

Location: Head Office, Monkspath, near Solihull, West Midlands.  You must live within a reasonable commute of Solihull, West Midlands to be considered for this role.

We’re looking for a BI Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in shaping data strategy across our business.

What You’ll Do:

As our BI Analyst, you'll collaborate with teams across finance, operations, and sales to build powerful dashboards, reports, and performance metrics using Power BI. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and transform complex data into visual stories that drive impactful decisions.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Designing and developing interactive Power BI dashboards and reports

• Building KPIs and performance metrics across key business areas

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights

• Performing deep-dive data analysis to uncover trends and opportunities

• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity with strong data modelling practices

• Automating and improving reporting processes for better scalability

• Delivering clear commentary and insights to senior leadership

What You’ll Bring:

Essential:

• A degree in a numerical or computer science-related field

• Proficiency in Power BI – including DAX, data modelling, and visualisation

• Working knowledge of SQL and experience extracting data from data warehouses

Nice-to-Haves:

• Background in hospitality or retail industries

• Understanding of financial terminology

• Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions
